Delete your Satas Call account
Option 1: in the app
- Open Satas Call and sign in.
- Go to Account (Profile on Android).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is closed straight away.
Option 2: by email
If you can no longer use the app, email us from the address on your account and include your registered phone number.
We confirm the request and delete the account within 7 days.
What happens to your data
Deleted or removed: your sign-in, your link to your phone number, any Satas number assigned to you, push notification tokens, call recordings and voicemail. Any remaining wallet balance is lost.
Kept: call records, payment records and identity verification details, for as long as tax, accounting and telecom laws require. They are then deleted.
